Our farm has 1100 olive trees of 3 varieties planted in 1985 and produces up to 3000 litres of top quality EVOO in a good year. We are committed to environmental sustainability and aim to be certified as a “Bio Olive Producer” by 2024. During your stay you can learn about the olives and how to savour their taste.

We pick our olives at the perfect time when they start to turn dark to produce the freshest and healthiest Extra Virgin Olive Oil. We take pride in the way we harvest and care for our olives resulting in an EVOO that has a light , fruity, taste and is cold-extracted to retain its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial properties.
